We use 3D printing which plays an essential role in our Keeler building process. Such system allow us to achieve groundbreaking results that were completely unimaginable a decade ago. We make products with complex shapes such as our keel fins which are made in just one piece, with no assembled parts, no joints nor screws, which turns them into completely aerodynamic, high-strength and impeccably efficient products. They are a great improvement in the practice of Paddle surfing.

In terms of materials, 3D Keeler has carefully studied the material used in all its keels to be in tune with the sea.
The material used for its PRO fins is a special high-tech polyamideflexible enough to give shape, texture and resistance. One of the qualities of the materials studied was the search for buoyancy in the water in the event of a collision loss. The material used in the Keeler PRO 3D keels is highly durable and strong, slightly flexible and with a specialporosity in all its designs.
3d Keeler fins in their BASIC version, are created after a special chemical formulation, with a key dosage of the mixture of three polyurethane components (The Polikeeler complex), a chemical advance for the development of nautical materials. All the materials used in the 3D Keelers fins have been tested by professionals in order to give a guarantee on all their products.
