Una de las grandes citas europeas que durante el mes de Junio tendremos en el viejo continente, será el Adriatic Crown SUP Race en Marotta, Italia. La edición del pasado año fue todo un éxito y el 2015 seguramente lo superará. Con una larga distancia de 12km y una beach race de 7km en aguas del Mediterráneo, un ¨area expo¨ de más de 3.000m2 y un price money de 10.000€…sin lugar a dudas harán las delicias de muchos ¨superos¨ de Italia y los que estén por esa zona de Europa, que no deben dejar escapar la oportunidad de participar en él. RULES AND REGULATION
The event is a two day competition out of which a general classification will be made by summing the arrival scores obtained in the individual races of the 14’ and 12’6” categories.
The FISURF Race results will be obtained, for all the FISURF athletes registered with an Italian Passport, by drawing them up and out of the general classification.

ADMISSION
FISURF OCEAN RACE
Athletes that have joined the National Association FISURF (or other Association adherent to FISURF or ISA) and have a year 2015 badge and a valid Medical Certificate are admitted to this race. Minors must have written permission from whomever has parental authority. Custom made, 12’6” and all round up to 12’0 boards are admitted to the race.

BRIEFING
Friday June 19th : 6:00pm
RACE: RIDUCTION OR ADJUSTMENT OF ROUTE/COURSE LAYOUT
The organizing committee (Judges) reserves the right to modify the route/course of the race before the preparatory signal or reduce it during the race. The modification of the route/course will be indicated by the Judges who will hoist a RED FLAG and announce verbally the modification. The reduction of the route/course will be indicated by the Judges who will hoist a BLUE FLAG and an ITALIAN FLAG; the new finish line will be designated by a POLE with a BLUE FLAG on the Judges boat, which must be to the right – starboard and the buoy with a RED FLAG which must be to the left.
COMPLAINTS AND PROTESTS
The Judges will evaluate irrevocably any dispute or violation in reference to the Regulations and or to the “Race Instructions” provided, according to the information provided by the field Judges, the parties interested and witnesses of the event.
Whoever intends to raise a protest must immediately inform the person/persons concerned.
Each protest must be submitted, in writing, to the Judges at the WCM headquarters within 30min after their finish time. A 50.00€ deposit must be paid together with the submission of the written protest.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE/COURSE IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
An alternative route/course in case of bad weather will be evaluated in compliance to the Regulations.
STARTING LINE LONG DISTANCE 12km: description: the starting line is in the water between 2 buoys or an inflatable arch.
STARTING LINE BEACH RACE 7km: description: the starting line is in the water between 2 buoys or an inflatable arch.
FINISH LINE: description: the finish line is in the water between 2 buoys or an inflatable arch.
WARNING
BE CAREFUL WHILE ENTERING THE WATER – the beach and the first part of the sea is of stones and pebbles while the sea is sand – BE CAREFUL WHILE LEAVING THE WATER …viceversa!
Breakwater reefs will be signaled.
